Michael Kerrisk 01d0a44739 ftw.3, resolver.3, issue.5, proc.5, pty.7, suffixes.7: Global fix: s/pre-/pre/ 
The tendency in English, as prescribed in style guides like
Chicago MoS, is towards removing hyphens after prefixes
like "pre-" etc.
