emmajane a8497960f5 Spell check? I thought I already committed all of these chnages. In any 
case, what I really did was added a new <section /> for Before Distributing
Your Documentation in the distribute section.

emmajane 6d1f20e28c Re-wrote the distribute section and tried to separate it into multiple 
parts:
	- before you distribute
	- document components
	- submitting to the LDP

moved validate section to the beginning of the appendix on validation and
renamed it "Why Validate."

emmajane 57de57eabb Incorporated many wonderful comments from "Martin A. Brown" 
<martin-tldp@wonderfrog.net>. Also:
	- added markup to the templates.xml file
	- added ag-markup.xml back into the main document (whooops!)
	- (tried) to remove all embedded references to "accepted markup
	languages" and put them in a separate entity for easy updating.
