ccurley 29d5242659 We now set the path on the target to the zip drive with a 
variable. This fixes a bug in the command to eject the zip disk.

ccurley 3b72aa1e42 1) Fixed an internal link that had been a <ulink>. Oops. Other minor 
fixes.

2) Added more on building the ZIP disk contents without the ZIP disk.

3) Added a comment about using multiple ZIP disks.

alba df7686ca05 USAGE: lampadasql command { language } 
This will pipe the file <command> together with each <language>
through the m4 macro processor.

alba 32373438e5 Reversed last change, it results in infinite recursion. 
update.m4 now also defines macro 'insert'.
