david a40e2b9071 The rest of phase one of the rewrite -- a set of data objects that can 
be shuttled back and forth from the database. They provide no other
functionality -- real business objects, html generators, etc. will be
built on top of these by subclassing.

david b6364f1a2b New data manager package. All data access will be going through here. 
This is phase one of a rewrite that separates data access from
other object functionality.
