nevets72 044d3c8b8b Changed over to the GNU FDL. That made me do a little rearranging 
of the Unchangable.  I labeled all of the sections with ID attributes.
No new text really.

nevets72 f35fd9303a I've decided to go with the LDPL as the copyright since GNU's 
FDL is soooo very involed and LDPL is easier to read. I've
converted it into Docbook XML and inserted it into the main
doc as a general entity.  I've formatted the copyright notice
so that it can be inserted into an ARTICLE or CHAPTER element.
Maybe others will find it useful.

In the main file I haven't made many changes. Just cleaning up
the copyright notice to refer to the LDPL.  I also found that
tidy has been converting my numberical character refereces back
to symbolic (&#60 to &lt and &#62 to &gt) entities.

nevets72 7ddad693f0 moved the copyright into its on section so that it would show up 
in the HTML.  added a disclaimer.  halfway done with 'restoring and
cleaning up'.  added a biliography for "Maximum RPM".  added some
statements saying that it's still under development, so i could
put it on my web site.  i put in a section on where to find the
HOWTO, too.

nevets72 a6108a8fea added some more formmating to the precautions section, reworded it 
a little. wrote the next section on upgrading. shorted it to avoid
redundancy. i also found an entity number that makes a '>' show up
in the HTML!

nevets72 4decd931fe wrote the section on upgrade precautions. rearranged many sections. 
i moved the copyright up to the articleinfo to make it fit into
DocBook's structure, but that makes it dissappear in the HTML version.
rearranged the sections to focus the concepts better and give the
doc better flow.  that ended up with a new section discussing
distributions' features.

i haven't put any sidebars in the precautions section.  i may need
to add sidebar info or modify that text with sidebars.
