Hi David,
I've restricted the scope to only C files. Most of
what I'm working on, should be relevant to languages
with C type syntax, like C++ and Java.
Some parts of the HOWTO may be reused by other
language programmers. I'm not too familiar with other
languages and so I'm restricting myself to C/C++.
Some parts like C-indenting, quickfix etc.. are
specific to C/C++ languages.
