I don't see this on the site, including with the first couple of pages of
a search for usp on the site. He mentions the ldp and that the source is
available in sgml :). He also points to the LDP for HOWTOs.
On the hardware page we do have a link to www.linux-usb.org, which has a
link to the guide.
