I have a medium-sized bug to report.
All (probably) of the text versions of the HOWTOs that have 8-bit
characters in them are being improperly created when passed through
sgml2txt. I have looked so far at the Francophones-HOWTO and German-HOWTO
and they are both screwed-up.
May I suggest that you either use the "-c latin" option of sgml2txt or
contact the authors of all 8-bit SGML documents and tell them to switch to
entity markup?
Cheers,
Erik Rossen ^
