Yes. It is &quot;good old&quot;, but nowadays often undesired (I don't like it,
either, and remove it from my manpages before viewing them :). The
easiest way to get rid of such stuff is filtering the output through
&quot;col -b&quot;. Don't know what &quot;col&quot; means, I never found a meaning for
that command name.
