<ul>
<li><span class="rss:item">David Braun published v1.5 of his <a href="http://tldp.org/HOWTO/Disk-Encryption-HOWTO/" target="_top">Disk Encryption HOWTO</a>, which has minor updates.</span></li>
<li><span class="rss:item">In v1.1.6 of Daniel Nofftz's <a href="http://tldp.org/HOWTO/Athlon-Powersaving-HOWTO/" target="_top">Athlon Powersaving HOWTO</a> you'll find more info about
commandline-hacks and the <b class="command">athcool</b> tool.</span></li>
<li><span class="rss:item">Claudio Cattazzo and Manuele Rampazzo rewrote the <a href="http://www.tldp.org/HOWTO/Italian-HOWTO/" target="_top">Italian HOWTO</a>. The previous version was rather
outdated, so they did a nearly-from-scratch job. Also refer to the <a href="http://it.tldp.org/" target="_top">Italian Linux Documentation Project</a> over at PLUTO.</span></li>
<li><span class="rss:item">The SSI-UML HOWTO was removed at the request of the author.</span></li>
<li><span class="rss:item">Machtelt Garrels submitted updates for the <a href="http://www.tldp.org/LDP/intro-linux/html/" target="_top">Intro to Linux</a> and <a href=
"http://www.tldp.org/LDP/Bash-Beginners-Guide/html/" target="_top">Bash for Beginners</a> guides.</span></li>

<p><span class="rss:item">Our French colleagues didn't sit still. Over at <a href="http://www.traduc.org" target="_top">http://www.traduc.org</a> you can read about their latest accomplishments,
among others a translation of the Samba Authenticated Gateway HOWTO and the Complete System Performance Monitoring Guide.</span></p>
<p>The Korean LDP chapter put up a <a href="http://wiki.kldp.org/wiki.php/CodeFest" target="_top">gallery with images and documentation</a> of their <a href=
"http://bbs.kldp.org/viewtopic.php?t=48221" target="_top">CodeFests</a> on the <a href="http://kldp.org" target="_top">http://kldp.org</a> site.</p>

<p><a href="http://www.tldp.org/" target="_top">The Linux Documentation Project</a> (TLDP) is working on developing free, high quality documentation for the GNU/Linux operating system. If you want to
