Ashwin currently works for MindTree Consulting in the Industrial
|
|
Automation division. He is a member of the
|
|
<A HREF="http://linux-bangalore.org/">Bangalore LUG</A> and also a former
|
|
member of RVLUG (the Linux Users Group in his college - RVCE).
|
|
|
|
<P> He first came across Linux in 1999 when he installed RedHat Linux 6.2.
|
|
He started to use Linux extensively only after RedHat 7.0. A big fan of
|
|
KDE and GNOME he is also now discovering the power of the command
|
|
prompt. Everyday he discovers new tricks in his favorite editor ViM. He
|
|
firmly believes Linux can make it on the desktop.

|
|

|
watching movies, visiting homepages and crosswords.
