<listitem><para>Another first submission, this one from Thomas Miglinci, is the <ulink url="http://lists.tldp.org/index.cgi?5:mss:6122:200310:peoehkdflgbepalcfodc">SIMpad HOWTO</ulink>, dealing with the installation and configuration of Linux on the Siemens Web Tablet.</para></listitem>
<listitem><para>And yet another first-timer: the <ulink url="http://lists.tldp.org/index.cgi?5:mss:6124:200310:cndldkmfnfphflbbcfba">Linux Kernel 0.01 Commentary</ulink>, by Pramode C.E.</para></listitem>

url="http://www.speech.cs.cmu.edu/sphinx/">CMU Sphinx</ulink> is a suite of free

<listitem><para>We published v2.1 of Luigi Bitonti's <ulink url="http://tldp.org/HOWTO/RedHat-CD-HOWTO/">RedHat CD HOWTO</ulink>, it now contains tips on how to burn your own RedHat 9 CDs.</para></listitem>
<listitem><para>Rick Moen added a couple more LUGs to his list, the <ulink url="http://tldp.org/HOWTO/User-Group-HOWTO.html">Linux User Group HOWTO</ulink> is now at v1.7.2.</para></listitem>
<listitem><para>The <ulink url="http://tldp.org/HOWTO/Bangla-HOWTO/">Bangla HOWTO</ulink> is a joint effort of Taneem Ahmed, Santanu Chatterjee, Progga and Sayamindu Dasgupta, explaining how to add Bengali (Bangla) support on your GNU/Linux. v1.1.3 now.</para></listitem>
<listitem><para>Daniel Quintiliani's <ulink url="http://tldp.org/HOWTO/Windows-Newsreaders-under-Linux-HOWTO/">Windows Newsreaders under Linux HOWTO</ulink> v2.01 contains a lot of corrections and a promise to add more news readers to this document.</para></listitem>
<listitem><para>For making an informed decision on buying a SPARC
machine for Linux, we have the <ulink url="http://tldp.org/HOWTO/SPARC-HOWTO.html">SPARC HOWTO</ulink>, modestly versioned v0.0.5, by <quote>Lionel, trollhunter Bouchpan-Lerust-Juéry</quote>.</para></listitem>
