2003 21 The Linux Documentation Project 2003-09-16 TLDP Weekly News New documents Fresh@LDP There are no new documents this week. Proposed new documents Martin A. Brown was not happy with his Traffic Control tcng-HTB HOWTO, so he wrote a new one plainly called Traffic Control HOWTO. It is more detailed than the first HOWTO, introducing core concepts of traffic control systems to users and admins who want to deploy traffic control in their networks. Martin is eager to publish and awaits your comments. Submitted for review Christophe Devine posted the first draft of his Encrypted Root Filesystem HOWTO; Tabatha is in the process of appointing a reviewer for this document. Daniel Quintiliani has extended his Xnews under Linux HOWTO. Since he is covering more newsreaders in v2.0, he asked for a renaming of his HOWTO: he would like to call it the Windows Newsreaders in Linux HOWTO. Updates HOWTOs Call us security freaks or paranoid, our data is a matter of privacy. If you agree with this, check out v1.1 of David Braun's Disk Encryption HOWTO. Guides Mendel Cooper has been maintaining the Advanced Bash-Scripting Guide for quite some time now. After over 3 years, it is now at v2.1. Find out everything about your filesystem in Binh Nguyen's Linux Filesystem Hierarchy documentation, v0.61. Happenings in the LDP world . Title1 . Title2 . Title3 .
