2005 19 & 20 The Linux Documentation Project 2005-05-18 The Linux Documentation Project Weekly News Updated HOWTOs, FAQs and Guides Avi Alkalay, Donovan Rebbechi and Hal Burgiss's document on Optimal Use of Fonts on Linux has been updated for a 10 May 2005 version. Old section-based glossary has been converted to real DocBook glossary. Modernized terms and explanations have been used in the glossary and now also includes concepts as charsets, Unicode and UTF-8. Mendel Cooper's Advanced Bash-Scripting Guide has been updated to v3.4. A complete ChangeLog is available at v8.0 of the generated Linux Consultants Guide has been submitted by Joshua Drake to The LDP.
