Martin A. Brown d51e1970c4 Store the cooked outputs of Charles Curley's scripts 
In his document build system, each script is cooked (wrapped in <![ CDATA []]>
during build process--this is elegant, but we are not calling his build
Makefile, so we need to store the cooked scripts in the source tree.

ccurley b36520dfdb Notes for Fedora Core 4. Removed notes for older versions of FC and Red Hat. Also, changes in the writeup and scripts to reflect using Knoppix instead of tomsrtbt. ccurley a867da6fad You only need to indicate trademark the first place you use a 
trademark, so I deleted <trademark> tags on subsequent mentions of
several items.

ccurley a35a52db62 We now use bz2 compression in the first stage, have the run time 
option to check for bad blocks, and have a script that runs the entire
first stage.

Added another variation, other minor fixes.

check the thing in. This file will be broken until I check in

ccurley 3b72aa1e42 1) Fixed an internal link that had been a <ulink>. Oops. Other minor 
fixes.

2) Added more on building the ZIP disk contents without the ZIP disk.

3) Added a comment about using multiple ZIP disks.

ccurley 55d576faef 1) Deleted notice of the source being at my home page until I check it 
in to the CVS. While the LDP source is authoritative, I might as
   well continue to make it available.

2) Added a new Sect2, Theme And Variations, for alternatives to what I
   show here.

3) Added a variation of backing up the contents of the zip drive to a
   directory and only actually making a ZIP disk up when you need to
   restore.

4) Some minor reorganization to make it more orthogonal.
