- Fixed OR statement in <emphasis> template that allows both 'role="strong"'

and 'role="bold"'. It was originally two <xsl:when> tests. In consolidating
  it, I used "@role='bold'|@role='strong'" when I needed to actually use
  "(@role='strong') or (@role='bold')".  Fixed.
